By accessing or using Superluminous ("the Service"), operated by Gingham Holdings Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Superluminous provides browser-based screen recording, cloud storage, video processing, and sharing tools. Features vary by subscription tier.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, record, or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver that content as part of the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, branding, and design.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gingham Holdings Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your stored content may be deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
